The Brooks Ghost 16 Men's Running Shoe has been updated with soft and reliable cushioning to be lighter weight, and an enhanced upper to deliver a secure fit and just-right breathability. With softer, lighter cushioning and a 17 g weight reduction compared to its predecessor, the Ghost 16 offers enhanced performance. The outsole now features durable, recycled silica-infused RoadTack rubber. These improvements aim to elevate your running experience to the next level.

4.3 Plastic bottles diverted from landfill

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
