Each sachet serving contains over 200mg of natural dried ginger, the optimal amount to help alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal stress and calm the prevalence of nausea. Each serving contains 32.5g of carbohydrate in the form of unbleached cane sugar. Cane sugar is a lower GI index carb and is a slower burn fuel compared to other carbs such as maltodextrin, glucose and fructose. Slower burn carbs will help sustain you for longer and help avoid sugar highs and crashes. Unbleached cane sugar is used as it is more natural, chemical free and less unadulterated form of fuel compared to the other synthetic factory made carbs mentioned above.
