Lactate Bundle

From OTE Sports

Train harder, race faster, buffer smarter. Our Lactate Bundle pairs two of the most extensively researched performance supplements available, tackling acid build-up.

Beta-Alanine works session after session, raising your muscle carnosine stores over weeks of consistent use so you can sustain higher intensities for longer before fatigue sets in.

Bicarb Drink Mix is the race-day accelerant. Taken 2 hours before your event, this drinkable bicarbonate system buffers acid at the blood level in the short term, supporting up to 3% improvements in high-intensity performance and up to 10% gains in time to exhaustion; comparable to the marginal gains offered by carbon shoes or aero wheels, at a fraction of the cost.

Together, they cover both ends of your lactate threshold training: beta-alanine builds your buffering capacity in the weeks before a key event, and Bicarb Drink Mix gives you an acute edge on the day itself.
