As the name suggests, the GEL 100 CAF 100 contains 100 milligrams of caffeine - significantly more than most gels on the market - and also delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates, enabling uptake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour thanks to a 0.8:1 glucose to fructose ratio.
